A concerned citizen complains about the rush somebody appears to have been in to dispose of a Christmas tree at Havre and Maverick streets in East Boston.
No one who owns a fake tree would throw out the tree like this.
1) It's on the corner near a crosswalk, not where you'd put your trash out.
2) It's fully decorated: someone who owns it would at least want to keep some of the ornaments and lights.
What probably happened was some [drunk] younguns stole this tree from an outside display (in front of a shop, on someone's porch) because they thought it would be SO HILARIOUS, and then ditched it at the corner when they realized there was nothing fun they could do with a tabletop tree around New Year's except get busted for taking it.

Why even dispose of a fake
Why even dispose of a fake Christmas tree? Hell someone should just take it and store for next year
