An SUV crashed through the wall and took three of the exercise bikes out. Police are investigating but no charges are expected

Ha - you laugh; but if they had Hubways down there and no trains, traffic or pedestrians; it'd be a whole hell of a lot quicker/easier/safer to get around the city.

Volunteers? Mentally adding up the taxpayer funded city hall FTE hours that would have went into coordinating and setting up that event, it's a lot more than $0.
