There's a train near JFK that isn't feeling OK

I was at Braintree station this morning waiting for my wife. The good was a group of workers who were busting their butts in the frigid cold and a female flagger who was very helpful. The bad was the cop sitting or sleeping in his volkswagen passat who wouldn't get out of his car to assist patrons who were trying to cross in front of buses and cabs in the bus way.
