As a daily rider I should know better
but it still blows my mind how the MBTA always seems to have "delays" on the Fridays of holiday weekends. Winter, spring, summer or fall. If there is a holiday on Monday, there are "delays" on Friday. Maybe there really are delays or maybe they are short-staffed?

They break down often enough that I hadn't made that connection. I saw the alert text this morning and thought "Yup, it's morning commute time, of course there are issues".

Got to alewife at 1:38. Cleared up? Train stopped halfway into the tunnel. The other side left sooner though, so a personal win :-)
