Seems a little early to kick off the 2020 election season, but what do I know
Yup.

Don't answer... it's just a call about orphans.
It's not necessarily what you think it is

It is possible to spoof any number and caller id. I've received calls from my own phone number, from 000-000-0000, and various other bogus numbers and/or callers named on the caller id. So it may appear it's from Russia, but it really could be from anywhere
Got mine last week...

Trump jokes aside, my guess is its an immigration scam targeted at Russians similar to the Chinese-language one going around
to find out why they are calling

As apinful as it is, somebody is going to have to step up and take a hit for the team and answer one of these calls.
I noticed it too.

I got a couple of these too, one from the same number as posted. Seems to be one of those "call back and get hit with massive charges" scams.

Thing is, I don't even pick up calls from unknown numbers. Call them back in this day and age of spoofing and scams? Let me laugh even harder.
Probably coming from Florida.

7 (954)700-10-94 last week. Good advice others have given here: don't pick up numbers you don't recognize. And never call them back! If it's important, they'll leave you a message.
I got one last week
