A 16-year-old girl became Boston's first murder victim of the year when she was fatally shot in the head in the area of Lyndhurst and Washington streets in Dorchester around 6:30 p.m., Live Boston reports.
Two men were also shot, but are expected to survive. One was found on Regina Road, a few blocks away.

Twice in the leg, outside the KFC on Washington Street, across from Regina Road, around 6:10 p.m., Live Boston reports.

Boston Police report finding a man in his 40s with a gunshot wound at 31 Regina Rd. around 6:30 this morning.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
