An East Boston man faces a variety of gun charges for the two guns, one loaded with 31 bullets and a laser attachment, he had stowed in his sweatshirt and sweatpants, that state troopers found when they pulled him over for bombing past a stop sign while making a left turn in East Boston Monday afternoon, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. Boston Police report the death of David Martinez, 28, of Roxbury, who was sitting in a car on Decatur Street in the Bunker Hill development when he and Wildeny Tejeda-Mejia of Lynn were shot last Thursday night.
Tejeda-Mejia was pronounced dead at the scene. Martinez was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, police say.
Victim identified as Wildeny Tejeda-Mejia, 24, of Lynn.
Boston Police report two men sitting in a car were shot outside 74 Decatur St. in the Bunker Hill housing complex shortly before 7:30 p.m. Read more.
