Victim identified as Wildeny Tejeda-Mejia, 24, of Lynn.
Boston Police report two men sitting in a car were shot outside 74 Decatur St. in the Bunker Hill housing complex shortly before 7:30 p.m.
One man was declared dead at the scene, the other was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
