On the afternoon of Nov. 19, Jose Dos Santos traveled to his former girlfriend Lodimara Dos Santos's Jamaica Plain apartment with a gun and knife and threatening to murder her and kill himself. He carried out his threat, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office and Boston Police report.
