A man was arraigned yesterday on charges he ended a fight by opening fire on a group of people watching fireworks early on July 5th on Stonehurst Street in Dorchester, killing one of them, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports - adding the man's sister was charged with witness intimidation charges in the case. Victim identified as Felicity Coleman, 34, of Dorchester.
