WCVB reports a driver slammed into somebody at the intersection of Chelsea and 13th streets in Charlestown, then dragged him a half mile before driving away, around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Live Boston reports an argument between a pedestrian and the driver he said almost hit him at Chelsea and Gove Streets around 5:15 p.m. on Friday ended when the driver pulled out a gun and shot the pedestrian.
He was taken to a local hospital with injuries not considered life threatening. The driver did not wait for police.

The man, identified by NBC Boston as Alfred Rodriguez Nunez, is Boston's eighth murder victim in 2019.
