More trouble for Mihos

Maybe his campaign song could be Lien on Me.
Via Jay Fitzgerald:
I like Christy Mihos. He's Massachusetts' very own loose cannon, in the most positive sense, keeping establishment pols on their toes, especially when he served on the old Turnpike board. But this isn't good. We all have our own financial problems. But he's running for governor. ...
Maybe Charlie Baker could lend him some money from that pile of cash he's raised from chums in the health-care industry.

So, 5% of campaign funds = pile of cash?
So 5% of campaign funds = pile of cash?
Baker is the posterboy for Big Insurance Companies
Yes, Garrett... having raised nearly $100,000 so far from the health insurance industry is a lot of doe reh me coming from special interests. Baker is beholden to special interests.
Uhh, yeah...
5% of campaign funds does equal a pile of cash. $90,000 is a lot of money in my world.
Even though I visit BMG far more often than RMG, keep up the good work, Garrett.

The Republican Party in Massachusetts is weak when it comes to candidates, that much we can all agree on. When #1 candidate is Charlie "pop-up ad" Baker but #2 is Christy Mihos, and when Jack E. Robinson is the best fight against a US Representative, it's clear.
Not that continuing to run for office is a bad thing, of course. It's to be admired.
Hey John, I would go there with that "weak candidate" bit
Hey John, I would go there with that "weak candidate" bit. Didn't you lose your election by a 5 to 1 margin?
Hi.
Hi. My observation, which seems irrefutable, is that the Republican Party in Massachusetts is a work in progress. It's the party that is weak, not the top-tier candidates. That's why only 5 of 40 state senators are Republicans and why only 16 of 160 state representatives are Republicans.
Regarding me, yes, I get your point. Don't forget though, I beat the Republican, five to one and got a higher percentage of votes than any other non-Party candidate in the history of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Yeah but you got killed 2000 to 400
