When the structure would start to be built. Its fall now.. and I'm sure they would need to get SOMETHING up before winter. (think snow)

I know the MBTA has drainage in the tunnels, but I questioned when the bunker came down where all the water goes when it enters the construction site. It has to be far more water than what its used to.

Looks like all they need are five large silver balls each suspended by two wires from either side to make the world's largest Sharper Image-like kinetic desk toy.
