John Marotta got a bird's eye view of a Delta Connection Endeavor CRJ900 at sunset at Logan yesterday.

I would call that a runway threshold's eye view.

That's also kind of an interesting photo angle for that runway. The runway is unidirectional (they don't land 11, unless of an emergency), and the only way that someone could be that close to an aircraft at that point and pointing that direction is if the aircraft was taxiing on the runway or otherwise holding there (departing traffic at that point on that runway would have already taken off - or we'd have heard about it). Or, I suppose there could have been a sweet telephoto lens.
In any case, a beautiful photograph. Nicely done.
I-93 cyclist?

Perhaps that guy on the bike on I-93 having failed in being run over decided to go for a ride on the runway at Logan in hopes of being hit by something that couldn't swerve and stop.

Well, there was an aborted Delta take off at 6am this morning, bird v. plane. Was the sun up at that time?
