I know that development really well. :-)
The new Wegmans is 125,000 SF of glorious grocery shopping!!! Almost 2x the size of the Chestnut Hill one. I haven't been inside myself, its just a little too far when Chestnut Hill is so much closer to home.

There are certainly closer supermarkets to Roslindale.
