Boston Restaurant Talk reports Purr Cat Cafe on Chestnut Hill Avenue is no longer "temporarily" closed - its landlord has posted a note in the window that the place has permanently ceased to be.
But will it bounce?

I like the idea of cat cafes but Purr's owner was not the right person to run one. She clearly views the world very differently than most of us.

I hate to know what happened to the poor cats.

I ordered a cat filet, medium rare. I misunderstood the concept of a cat cafe.
They'll land on their feet.
