Boston Restaurant Talk chews over plans by the local chain to open an outlet, possibly with beer and wine, at 48 Winter St., near Tremont Street, and a short walk from the competing Shake Shack on Washington Street and Burger King on Tremont Street.

Of course now that Shake Shake is open.

Which btw, I've gone by there a few times.. not as busy as I expected it to be, considering the location. Makes me wonder how well it will do here.

Five Guys, B.GOOD, McDonalds, Wendy's, Mooyah on Tremont or Summer within a few blocks as well. Maybe others I'm forgetting.

Nothing can beat the old Joe and Nemo's , Dirty John's hot dog stand came close though...........
