Sounds very similar to the July 5th incident.

In one year, they'll have their license reinstated, and will drive a Suburban, because it's safer.
If you're a Back Bay residential building...

Probably swerved in front of the car. Was it even wearing a helmet?
The building *must* have been wearing headphones

First, WCVB has the *car* "careening" off Storrow (on its own? really?). But at least here at UHub, we've got the driver flipping their car.
But then in the linked article:
It's not clear?!? How not clear can it be? The driver was OUI!
What? Are they holding out for the possibility that he was OUI, but a cat jumped out in front of his car, so he dodged into a building?

Gotta wait to see what the facts are

For instance, was the building wearing headphones? Or any reflective gear? Or anything else we can point to so that no one has to address the fact that maybe personally-operated automobiles are a dangerous thing to have around a densely populated area?
Public. Can you help?

I need the Public's help to access information regarding individuals who are charged with drunk driving and o u i. The questions are as followed:
Year-to-date how many drunk driving arrests were made? How many drunk driving charges were imposed? How many drunk driver charges actually were found guilty? How many drunk driving charges were pleaded down to something simpler? What are the overall disposition of case is regarding drunk drivers and OU I drivers.
Repeat the same questions instead of drunk driver put o u i in this place. And those who are charged with OUI what substances are they under.
Scope?

You would probably have to FOIA that and they would try to make it too expensive and tedious to get all the data.
Too fast on the off ramp?

Note that this location is at the off ramp to Clarendon St. The driver was likely going too fast on the sudden curve right to Clarendon. The two steel inverted U bars were likely installed to protect the building but ironically help staple the car to the building!
