Two rescued from Beacon Hill fire; one firefighter injured

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 22 Beacon St., across from the State House, around 6 a.m. for a fire in a four-story building.

Firefighters rescued a woman and a boy from the third floor, the department says, adding one firefighter suffered minor injuries.

The department estimates damage at $100,000 and says the cause is under investigation.
