Most of the foot traffic in that part of the South Bay Center is for the movie theater which is closed for now. I wonder if Wahlburgers will reopen when the movies return.
Spanish flu? A few years later all forgotten in the Roaring 20s.
SARS? A year later or less, Asia was back to near normal. Movies, restaurants, economy doing fine.
World War 2? Less than 10 years after utter devastation, Japan was taking over the world economy.
We'll get over this faster than you think. Especially if we don’t go nuts and invite the virus back in to do it all over again. But even if we do that idiotic thing, we'll still get over it.
that was helped by a lot of funding and assistance from the US government. Currently it's not clear if that same kind of assistance will be coming for this current crisis.
