Not to be a buzz kill, but aren't drones illegal in Boston due to FAA rules? Neponset in particular is on the main landing approach to Logan.

Drones are definitely not illegal in Boston, but there are lots of rules you have to follow to fly. First is being licensed by the FAA under Part 107 and getting permission from the tower to fly in Boston (Class B) airspace. The main thing you have to abide by is altitude limits. The closer to the airport, the lower you need to be!
