I have never seen a boat so mangled. Thankfully 7 of the passengers seem to be “ok”. My heart aches for the family and friends of the woman who lost her life.

Given that BPD Homicide is handling this, and that it happened at 3 in the morning, I'm curious what was really going on.....

Seeing the footage of the owner of the boat refusing medical care really nailed it.

Other than running lights are there any other marine regulations about operating at night like speed or is that basically at the boater's discretion or local markings like in the day time?
