As wind blows and trees fall, scaffolding from a building under construction on Mission Hill falls down

As of 11 p.m., the state is reporting more than 25,000 customers from Western Mass. to Boston have had power knocked out.

Shortly before 11 p.m. five stories' worth of scaffolding collapsed at a 6-story, 115-unit residential complex under construction at 95 St. Alphonsus St. on Mission Hill. Part of the scaffolding is now leaning against 75 St. Alphonsus St. Firefighters rushed to the scene, are now calling for ISD.
