A vexed citizen files a 311 complaint, complete with photo of a particularly pained observer, about an unfilled sinkhole on Ledgewood Road in West Roxbury:
Sinkhole is going to start taking the children !! This LONG ignored sinkhole is a danger to neighbors-and neighbors children !!
