A concerned citizen files a 311 report about a knocked-down sign pole on Cornwall Street in Jamaica Plain and as long as he or she is doing that, invites 311 to look at "two very good dogs."

The dogs obviously had a legitimate reason to stop, so NO STOPPING doesn't apply to them. Corrective action justified.
