It's no dinosaur delivery, but a helicopter is scheduled to bring a new generator to the McCormack State Office Building sometime between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday.
To be on the safe side, that means Beacon Street will be shut between Joy and Bowdoin streets between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and parking will be banned on Bowdoin Street.
Also, the fourth and fifth floors of the State House will be shut, according to a memo sent to State House workers by state building officials.
In the event of rain or wind, they'll do it in Sunday.

They are closing off most of the Common from Frog Pond to Beacon St east of Boston Carousel.
Undoubtedly there will be a bunch of queries on twitter and reddit wondering what is going on.
