Three-alarm fire spreads from one three decker to another in Codman Square
The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 23 Lithgow St. shortly before 2:50 p.m. for what turned into a three-alarm blaze that spread to the neighboring 19 Lithgow St before it was knocked down.
The department reports 17 people, 3 dogs and 1 cat were displaced and that a firefighter suffered minor injuries.
The fire was first reported in the rear porches of 23 Lithgow St.
