This is like saying "Fields Corner to realtors, Dorchester to the rest of us" or "Harvard Square to realtors, Cambridge to the rest of us"

City is organized into neighborhoods and sub neighborhoods. Fort Hill is more specific than Roxbury, using the name doesn't mean that its location in Roxbury is excluded.
