This has got to be the most
This has got to be the most photographed spot along the Charles River. I remember taking a shot from the boat dock just past the bridge on the left bank of the river that came out fantastic!
Anticipation made photography a completely different experience pre-cellphones/digital cameras.
Tight race
Photos of the city or westward looking from the BU Bridge or the Harvard Footbridge are also prime spots. I often ride over the Harvard footbridge around sunset when it's packed with people taking photos if the weather is good.
The BU bridge tends to get more solo photographers but with nicer cameras. It is a great shot of the city skyline with the river in the foreground.
Eastward from the BU bridge
, not westward, is the skyline view. I often stop here when biking home from places in Roxbury, JP, or Brookline.
