Tanks a lot

In 1966, a news photographer captured the construction of the concrete structure around what would become the giant tank at the heart of the New England Aquarium - which opened to the public in 1969, giving us a generation of children who could walk like a penguin:

WOW!
Just wow. The inner-city was so separated from the waterfront back then I had no idea this was going on. Not a clue. I was 9 years old.
Think of the penguins
The little girl in that commercial was super racist to the penguins.
Trivia
The first two seals to live at the Aquarium were named Simon & Garfunkel. In those days they were kept in an open tank in front of the building.
Not being a troll
but it’s concrete. Cement is one of 4 ingredients that make up concrete.
Fixed
Thanks!
I don't know what this is, Jay
We better call the Aquarium, dude.
(And the best remix of an Aquarium ad, of course)
