Too much bilge water; too few hotties at Arlington station

Dernier is glad the T is rebuilding the Arlington Street station, but wishes they'd do something about the ditch there filling up with gross water and about the fact that there are no hot construction workers there.

I'm kind of attached to the moat. I'll be sad when they drain it out. I was kinda hoping a swamp creature would emerge from it and cause some sort of bomb scare.
