A capella on the Red Line

It was the best two and half minutes I've ever spent on the T and not a single person in that car was unhappy. I almost missed my stop so I could keep listening. Also, thank you @ellebelle93 for figuring out who they are!

Waiting until people are trapped in a subway car to start singing a capella music at them is not cool. Singing on the platform is fine because people can walk away, but to force people to listen to your music in a small space is really a jerk move.

Oh please - with all the other things one is forced to put up with while 'trapped' on the red line - ripe body odor, explicit conversation, ear-popping track noise - you're going to gripe about talented young people singing a beautiful 2 1/2 minute song? What a CRANK!

Again, there are tons of places to sing without forcing people to listen to you. This seems like a big 'look at meeeeeee' thing to do. Why pick one of the few spots where your audience has no choice? Why not sing on the platform or Davis Square or Harvard Yard (you know, al fresco places, vs. small underground aluminum tubes)? I guess it is a rare treat to hear music that most people would pay top dollar to see in concert. Oh wait...
