Man shot to death on Mission Hill

Boston Police report a man, 21, was found with gunshot wounds around 4:15 p.m. at 48 Horadan Way. He was taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

in the google street view for that address, there appears to be a memorial of some kind

Someone else was killed around there (center of the Mission Main housing development) maybe a year ago.

There was a shooting/stabbing there in July 2009, the street view photos were probably taken sometime shortly after that.

the memorial on horodan way itself is from a previous incident. the man killed 12/16/10 happened in the parking lot behind the building. there is a now memorial in the back parking lot. i heard the shots and ran to my window to see what happened. i didn't see the attacker but i saw some individuals rush to the man and begin CPR. i called 911 for help. it was so sad to watch. life is too short to be killing each other.

I heard the shots also. I live 2 1/2 blocks away. It is very upsetting that this happened, but especially it is upsetting that no one thinks this is newsworthy!

The subject heading is 'on Mission Hill.' The location is 'in' the Mission Hill neighborhood, not 'on' Mission Hill. The hill is on the other side of Tremont street.
