Police today identified the victim as Aaron Wornum

Oops -- just realized that
I am mixing up two organizations -- Teen Challenge and Teen Empowerment. Teen Challenge seems to be a faith-based program for teenagers addicted to drugs/alcohol and Teen Empowerment is an organization that promotes social action including teens in the mix.
