A man in his 40s was found shot around 1 a.m. outside 20 Nahant Ave. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, a police spokesman said this morning.
The man, not otherwise identified by police, is Dorchester's 22nd murder victim this year.

Last nights murder had as much to do with the Irish Festival as the first twenty one murders in Dorchester did , (NOTHING) The festival was a family event attended by thousands.

How about you learn about and consider the facts rather than just assuming that a particular group doesn't ever have anything to do with crime because they hang out in family groups? Everyone who is a victim or perpetrator of a crime has a family.
