Dirt Bikes!

I think I solved the problem of what to do about our dirt bike issue. The Hole is perfect for dirt bikes, and it'll get the kids off the streets, and lucrative paid details for the cops who'll have to stand guard over The Hole.
I guess we could include some kind of community garden and bark park for the doggies, too.

The garage that sits between Devonshire and Federal Streets, site of the Meninoegomonument to Be (1000' Phallic) has been permanently closed down and is marked as vacant.
Surprising as it was always full, despite being the sketchy zombie cousin of the PO Square garage of yore.
