Citizen complaint of the day: Some hole

A concerned citizen either really wants the city to notice the big hole on Long Wharf or goes out for the day with a homemade hole-repair kit in a box.

Brick sidewalks are the worst

especially not in places that get lots of frost heaves. Maybe they work in Charleston SC or something?

Paved Walkways Should Be Required

There really should be some requirement for property owners to maintain properly paved sidewalks on all pedestrian walkways; preferably concrete, but at least made of asphalt. Bricks are completely unsuitable; they are dangerous to walk on and look hideous, especially with missing bricks!
