This "word" is a fairly close transliteration from Modern Greek, consisting of "paraskave" (Friday) plus "deka" (ten) plus "tria" (three) plus "phobia" (fear). Of course it's a take-off on the familiar but simpler English word "triskaidekaphobia", which is from Ancient Greek and means merely "fear of the number 13".

Fear of Friday The 13th. Or, at least, that's what Wiktionary says.

So they'll be opening on June 13, then. Appropriate date for a place named iScream. Wonder if they'll be serving blood-orange sorbet?
It's Greek!
