Shortly after 11:10 p.m. on South Street near St. Rose. The driver managed to escape OK. Traffic is, of course, a mess.

You say to yourself, "How the heck does something like that happen on a road like this?"

Then you walk down the road on any given day and see people driving 40-50MPH down it and you say "Ah...people are driving like morons."
