Im going to give the Chris Matthews laught for this one .... HA
I live in that area and have been involved in political issues and campaigns and have never seen anything so laughable in my my life. Their not going to find anyone who is even qualified to be dog catcher to run for this seat, especially if the person somehow (by some sort of miracle) wins it seems as if they will be binded by some sort of crazy online voting system.
