If your question is in fact "What other Cities' agencies have complaint forms?" the answer is that we don't care. Boston is the only city that counts. Heck, people post complaints about that cute little "city" on the other side of the Charles to Citizens Connect all the time.

SeeClickFix is the clearinghouse to any city or town that opts in; Citizens Connect was created specifically for the City of Boston, and has since expanded to encompass cities and towns throughout the Commonwealth.
So to answer the question, the other cities are whichever are using this. And yes, there's a sort of bizarro Citizens Connect operating for Boston. I'm sure the city loves getting duplicate complaints between the two apps.

Ok, Don originally asked about "any city's departments". Then he changed it to "any City of Boston's departments". My answer was to "any City of Boston's departments" although my comment says "any city department" which could be read as "any city's department" but what I meant was "any city department (in Boston)" which directly answers what he asked when he changed it.

What cities use SeeClickFix as their official complaint-tracking system?
I've seen a few cities, like Cambridge where officials occasionally comment on a report. But in most cities, reports just sit there open forever.
