What a huge bust, I'm sure crime has been defeated now. Legalize this sh*t already, such a massive joke--sick of it.

Not quite complete legalization, because the UN would apparently get upset if they did that. Penalties for possession of less than ten day's worth of most drugs, including heroin and cocaine, amount to a stern talking-to. (The first page of the linked Spiegel article is all background; most of the meat is on p.2.)
The country is also saving a ton of money by not throwing all those victimless criminals in jail.
Now come the American Exceptionalists with their arguments about how it can't work that way here, because we're too big or diverse, or something.
The worst thing this state

The worst thing this state ever did was legalize marijuana. I voted to legalize it but that was a big mistake. Now, everyone is driving while under the influence and that is still illegal. The Boston cops do not in force driving under the influence of marijuana. It smells awful and it leads to others to harder drugs like heroin and meth. Legalize weed but take away the average citizens gun rights.......what is wrong with this country?

I'm sure we would be able to tell if everyone was under the influence.Your commute would be a whole lot mellower.

The supposed causal link between marijuana usage and the abuse of harder drugs has been debunked for years. For instance, see...
https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/ending-addiction-good/201408/marijuana-the-gateway-drug-myth
The biggest gateway to hard drug usage, IMHO, is the government lying about such things as marijuana. I know, when I was younger, everybody in my neighborhood who had tried marijuana, and found it basically harmless, then connected the dots and thought, "If they lied to me about this, maybe they lied about [fill in some other drug that did have serious consequences]" and then we tried those things.

Lies AND predjudice

"don't take with alcohol" is one of those warnings on script bottles even with the smallest of doses of a narcotic or benzo. No, a beer with 0.5 mg of kpin is not lethal.
The prejudice by government hurts health and science. For example, anabolic steroids and other health enhancing drugs have much potential and some risks, but nobody can get funding to explore them when the government is so against these whole classes of drugs despite having so little research data. So, people again experiment on their own. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, these drugs threaten one of the fundamental institutions of American society- sports. Total anarchy would insue.

So, OK, you can possess under an ounce. Now, where do you buy it legally? Or, batter yet, what happens to YOU if you get caught selling it to me? Legal? I think you don't quite know the definition of that word.

Is that recycled paper hand towel from the bathroom they used as a background to lay stuff out on? Well, kudos to BPD for saving taxpayers money! Homeland Security might have splurged for foamcore or poster board, well if their checkbook wasn't at risk.
Impressive Haul.
