Looks like it could possibly be the ramps from South Street up toward the Arboretum. I'm using context clues here, too.

I am old enough to remember that ramp that is under construction in the middle of the photo. It was removed 1979-1981.

in the background are still there today. They are the last four houses on the deadend street of Beale Street next to Ashmont Station.

That looks like the Ashmont MTA station under construction....and the streetcar line that connected it to Mattapan Station. I am sitting in the Florida Panhandle missing the hell out of them both....
