Looks like it but the buildings don't quite match. Wrong # of windows, wrong window shape, bays, striping patterns on the facades.
Columbus Avenue
The stands on the roofdeck suggest that the photo may have been taken from the current Carter Playground, once home to the Boston Braves, looking East toward the intersection of Columbus and Camden Avenue. Judging by the absence of outfield fences I would say this was taken immediately after the Braves left for Nicholson field in the summer of 1914.
Huntington/South End architecture
Could be in vicinity of old South End Grounds or Huntington Ave Grounds. Flag pole or light pole should be a clue.
