Alleged Brockton thug charged with quadruple shooting in Hyde Park
Boston Police report arresting a Brockton man in connection with the convenience-store quadruple shooting early on July 5.
Caiheem C. Kindell, 18, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and four counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
Police say the four men were outside the Hyde Park Avenue Tedeschi (formerly Store 24) around 2 a.m. when they were attacked. They managed to flee by car; all were taken to local hospitals.
Is this the same guy? In 2001, the Quincy Patriot-Ledger wrote about then 11-year-old Caiheem Kindell's participation in the Crossroads for Kids summer camp in Duxbury, which tries to provide "life-changing experiences and opportunities for youth living in at-risk environments that can include abuse, violence, neglect, poverty and homelessness:"

I think you can plead guilty or not-guilty but I don't think you can plead innocent. Yea it's technicality and IANAL.

we went to middle school together, and so when I heard about this I was extremely upset....
I just hope everything works out for him and that he had nothing to do with it :)
