An inbound D Line trolley breathed its last at Brookline Village around 8:15 a.m., leading soon after to delays.

I got on at BHills inbound at ~8:15am. No delay.
The BVil delay was announced at the BHills station this morning about 2 minutes before the trolley pulled up (inbound). I expected a delay at BVil. There was absolutely no delay.
Was it resolved with amazing quickness? Something else?
