Transit Police report the arrest of Mehmet Beyaztas, 27, on charges he followed a woman onto a Green Line trolley at Symphony, then unzipped his pants and began some self-tugging, around 5:20 a.m. on April 4.

If found guilty, this would be Beyaztas's fourth conviction for open and gross lewdness, police say - he has three convictions for that from incidents in 2013 and 2014, which means he is considered a Level 2 sex offender.

Police say officers spotted and arrested Beyaztas yesterday at Arlington station.
