Sadly, I have been told that snapping turtles in the pond kill baby ducklings. The turtles snap off the duckling feet and they drown. Not a sight I hope to see.

None of those are snappers.
One of the turtles on the photo does look like a snapper, though

The turtle on the lower left-hand corner of the above-posted photo, with the bumpy shell does look like a snapper, however. . Snapping turtles are known to have rough, bumpy shells.
Btw, snapping turtles can and sometimes do snap off human digits (i. e. toes, fingers), as well.
