Man shot to death on West Cottage Street in Roxbury

Boston Police report a man was fatally shot around 4:20 p.m. at 20 West Cottage St.
Police say the man, declared dead at the scene, appeared to be in his 20s. A preliminary investigation shows he knew his killer, police say.

Can we get this settled already?
First, the key thing here is somebody is dead.
Second, the last time I wrote about something at Dudley and Cottage, I was told in no uncertain terms that's Roxbury. Can somebody clue me in?
Why not drop the neighborhood
Why not drop the neighborhood identification entirely and just list the street since no one can agree on neighborhood boundaries?
It would save a lot of time a kvetching for talking about important things.

well maybe its poor form
which i'm obviously okay with and am a master of but,
i chuckled at people debating the exact neighborhood where the corpse was found.
