The Globe reports Gary Zerola, once an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County, was arraigned today on two counts of rape for an incident in Boston on Nov. 10.
Because of his past employment with the Suffolk County DA's office, his case is being brought by the Middlesex County DA's office.
In 2008, two juries acquitted Zerola of two rape charges in the Boston area. A Miami prosecutor then dropped a similar charge.
The following year, he was acquitted on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and urinating in public.
Innocent, etc.

coincidental "false" accusations, in different jurisdictions nonetheless. I am pretty much on the "guilty unless proven innocent" page with this predator.
